Exhibition - space for a presentation table

Installation of exhibitions, placing a roll-up or banner in the conference hall and distribution of promotional leaflets or promotional items for participants will be possible at the conference venue (Kukučínova 76/42, 911 81 Trenčín) on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 13. 11. 2025 from 5 to 9 pm
  • Thursday 14. 11. 2025 from 7 to 8 pm

Submit by 31. 10. 2025 on [email protected] in A4 format according to the attached Instructions for Authors.

Advertisement in the electronic proceedings

Submit your print data by 31. 10. 2025 on [email protected] format: A4 portrait, pdf.

Send as soon as possible for partnership fulfillment, but no later than 31. 10. 2025, on [email protected] format: jpeg, in curves.

The logo will be placed:
