Instructions to partners
Exhibition - space for a presentation table
Installation of exhibits, placement of roll-ups or banners in the conference hall, and distribution of promotional flyers or advertising items for attendees will be possible at the conference venue (Jánošíkovo nábrežie 1, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš) on the following dates:
- on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Contribution in the electronic proceedings
Submit by October 31, 2024, to [email protected] in A4 format according to the attached Author Guidelines.
Advertisement in the electronic proceedings
Submit print-ready files by October 31, 2024, to [email protected] in the following format: A4 portrait, PDF.
