V\u00e1\u017ene riziko predstavuj\u00fa dodato\u010dne predp\u00e4t\u00e9 stre\u0161n\u00e9 v\u00e4zn\u00edky priemyseln\u00fdch h\u00e1l z rokov 1960 – 1980, ktor\u00fdch je v \u010ceskej republike odhadom 10 000. \u010cast\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom t\u00fdchto kon\u0161trukci\u00ed je nedostato\u010dn\u00e1 injekt\u00e1\u017e kan\u00e1lov s predp\u00ednacou v\u00fdstu\u017eou, ktor\u00e1 vedie k zatekaniu a n\u00e1slednej kor\u00f3zii v\u00fdstu\u017ee. Tento probl\u00e9m bol pr\u00ed\u010dinou najmenej \u0161tyroch neh\u00f4d, z ktor\u00fdch posledn\u00e1 sa stala v severn\u00fdch \u010cech\u00e1ch v decembri 2023 a v z\u00e1padn\u00fdch \u010cech\u00e1ch v marci 2024. <\/p>\n

Medzi naj\u010dastej\u0161ie diagnostikovan\u00e9 typy priehradov\u00fdch v\u00e4zn\u00edkov patria SPP 6-18\/6, SPP 12-18\/6 na 18 m rozp\u00e4tiach a SPP 9-24\/6, SPP 14-24\/6 na 24 m rozp\u00e4tiach. Tieto kon\u0161trukcie sa l\u00ed\u0161ia usporiadan\u00edm diagon\u00e1l a veden\u00edm predp\u00ednac\u00edch k\u00e1blov, pri\u010dom najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie riziko kor\u00f3zie sa zistilo pri krajn\u00fdch diagon\u00e1lach. V pr\u00edpade spodn\u00e9ho p\u00e1su sa v 70 % pr\u00edpadov pozorovalo dokonal\u00e9 injektovanie kan\u00e1lov. <\/p>\n

Diagn\u00f3za sa stanovuje endoskopick\u00fdm vy\u0161etren\u00edm predp\u00ednacej v\u00fdstu\u017ee, pri\u010dom naj\u010dastej\u0161ia je mierna kor\u00f3zia (stupe\u0148 2). V\u00fdnimo\u010dne sa zistilo kritick\u00e9 po\u0161kodenie (stupe\u0148 5), ktor\u00e9 v\u0161ak nikdy nedosiahlo najvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 (6). <\/p>\n

Poruchy boli vo v\u0161eobecnosti iniciovan\u00e9 zlyhan\u00edm v\u00fdstu\u017ee v oblastiach kotvenia. Bud\u00faci v\u00fdskum sa preto zameria na tieto kritick\u00e9 \u010dasti kon\u0161trukcie, najm\u00e4 na krajn\u00e9 diagon\u00e1ly. <\/p>\n
